个案分析对康复治疗专业实习生临床思维能力培养的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨个案分析教学方法在康复治疗专业学生实习中对临床思维能力培养的作用。方法:以2019届在我院实习的160名康复治疗学专业学生为研究对象,根据是否采用个案分析实习模式随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组在常规实习内容的基础上加入个案分析学习内容,对照组仅采用常规实习内容的学习。实习期末评价学生的实习效果。结果:实验组理论考试成绩与实践考核成绩均明显高于对照组,两组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:在康复治疗学专业学生的实习内容中加入个案分析,能够提高学生的临床思维能力。

A case study on the training of clinical thinking ability of rehabilitation therapy interns

Abstract:Objective:To explore the outcomes of case analysis on the cultivation of clinical thinking ability in the internship of students who major in rehabilitation.Methods:A total of 160 rehabilitation students who were proceeding internship in our hospital from students of 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group(group A)and control group(group B)according to whether they used the case analysis practice mode.The experimental group added the case analysis content on the basis of the regular internship content,and the control group B only used the regular internship content.Results:The theoretical test scores and practice scores of the experimental group are higher than those of the control group.There is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The inclusion of case discussions in the internship can improve students’clinical thinking ability.
