卵巢肿瘤诊断方法的研究进展

长期以来，卵巢癌（ovarian cancer,OVCA）由于缺乏有效的早期检测手段，其病死率居高不下，因此卵巢肿瘤的早期检测和准确评估其性质是医学界关注的主要问题。目前应用的主要诊断方法有血清学检测和影像学检查，血清学检测的标记物中应用最广泛的是CA125，影像学检查方法主要包括CT、MRI、PET、超声等，本文就以上几种常见诊断方法对卵巢肿瘤的诊断价值和局限性进行综述，以期提高卵巢癌早期诊断率，进而帮助临床选择合适的治疗方案，改善患者预后。

Advances in diagnosis of ovarian tumor

For a long time, ovarian cancer (OVCA)due to the lack of effective early detection means, its mortality is high, so the ovarian tumor early detection and accurate evaluation of its nature is the main concern of the medical community. The current application of main diagnosis methods have serological detection and imaging examination,serological detection of marker CA125, is the most widely used in imaging examination methods mainly including CT,MRI,PET,ultrasonic,etc.,in this paper,the above several common diagnosis method of the diagnostic value and limitation s of ovarian tumor were reviewed, in order to improve the ovarian cancer diagnosis,thus help clinical choose suitable treatment plan, improve the prognosis of patients.
