术前眼位注视训练在飞秒激光制瓣的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术中的应用

目的 探讨术前眼位注视训练在飞秒激光制瓣的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（Femtosecond assisted laser in situ keratomileusis,FS-LASIK）手术患者中的干预/应用效果。方法 选取2017-01～2018-06在我院行FS－LASIK手术患者200例（400眼），随机分为观察组100例（200眼）和对照组100例（200眼），对照组术前实施眼科常规告知宣教，观察组在对照组的基础上行术前眼位注视训练，比较两组手术患者术前焦虑程度；术中配合度（中心定位次数、负压环放置次数、制作角膜瓣时间、激光停止眼数）、球结膜出血眼数；术后患者满意率。结果 观察组焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分平均值低于对照组；观察组术中配合度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组术后满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论?眼位注视训练在围手术期的干预效果明显。

Preoperative eye gaze training in femtosecond laser flap in the excimer laser in situ corneaApplication in keratomileus

Methods From January 2017 to June 2018, 200 patients (400 eyes) underwent FS-LASIK surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group of 100 cases (200 eyes) and control group of 100 cases (200 eyes), and the control group was performed before operation The ophthalmology department routinely informs and teaches. The observation group performed preoperative gaze training on the basis of the control group to compare the preoperative anxiety of the two groups of surgical patients; the degree of intraoperative cooperation (number of center positioning, number of negative pressure ring placements, time for making corneal flaps, Laser stop eyes), bulbar conjunctival bleeding eyes; postoperative patient satisfaction rate.Results The average SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group; the intraoperative degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The eye-gaze training intervention effect is obvious in the perioperative period.
