| 摘 要： | 目的：了解2型糖尿病患者生存质量及其影响因素。方法：采用国内研制的糖尿病患者特异的生存质量量表(DSQL)，对南京市182例2型糖尿病患者进行了调查分析。结果：影响糖尿病患者生存质量的因素主要是：年龄、文化程度、个人收入、医药费用形式、合并症情况、健康教育知识。结论：应重视糖尿病患者的健康教育、加强社会支持力度、减少合并症的发生，以提高生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective : To study the life quality of Type 2 diabetes and its influencing factors. Methods: The life quality of 182 cases of Type 2 diabetes was measured by DSQL. Results: The affecting factors to life quality of Type 2 diabetes were age, culture, income, medical care form, complications, and health education. Conclusion: It is very important to pay more attention to health education of the Type 2 diabetes, to improve the social supports, to reduce the incidence of complication and improve the life qulity. |
