| 摘 要： | 目的探讨短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）患者ABCD2评分与脑动脉狭窄的关系。方法将71例TIA患者根据ABCD2评分分为低危组（15例）、中危组（32例）、高危组（24例）3组,行全脑血管造影（DSA）检查并将脑动脉狭窄程度分为轻度狭窄（狭窄〈50%）;中度狭窄（狭窄50%~69%）;重度狭窄（狭窄70%~100%）。分析3组患者ABCD2评分与脑动脉狭窄严重程度及动脉狭窄范围的关系。结果高危组患者重度脑动脉狭窄的比例高于低、中危组（P〈0.01）;出现多支脑动脉狭窄的比例高于低危组（P〈0.05）。结论 ABCD2评分≥6分时重度脑动脉狭窄和多支动脉狭窄的发生率增高,可能是高危TIA患者短期脑卒中风险增加的原因之一。
