补髓生血颗粒对慢性再生障碍性贫血患者骨髓AKT磷酸化水平的影响

摘    要:目的:观察补髓生血颗粒对CAA患者骨髓单个核细胞中AKT磷酸化水平变化,探讨补髓生血颗粒治疗CAA的作用机制。方法:将30例CAA患者予以补髓生血颗粒治疗6个月,另取28例健康志愿者作为正常对照组。采用蛋白质印迹方法(Western-blot)观察CAA患者治疗前后骨髓单个核细胞中pAKT-Ty308的表达水平。结果:CAA患者治疗前骨髓单个核细胞pAKT-Ty308的表达低于正常对照组(P〈0.05),经补髓生血颗粒治疗后,pAKT-Ty308的表达有所上升,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:CAA患者骨髓单个核细胞PAKT-Ty308的水平均呈低水平表达,提示pAKT与CAA发病密切相关,补髓生血颗粒可能通过调节PAKT-Ty308的表达来改善CAA骨髓造血微环境。
