| 摘 要： | 目的：观察独角莲含药血清在体外对K562白血病细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。方法：采用血清药理学方法制备独角莲含药血清,以不同浓度的含药血清处理体外培养的K562白血病细胞,采用MTT比色法观察独角莲含药血清对K562细胞增殖的影响;采用流式细胞仪（FCM）及DNA片段凝胶电泳观察和检测细胞凋亡情况。结果：不同浓度独角莲含药血清对K562细胞增殖具有抑制作用,并呈剂量依赖关系。当含药血清作用96h后,其抑制作用开始减弱。流式细胞仪检测显示,独角莲含药血清能够诱导K562细胞的凋亡,且凋亡率随着剂量的增加而增大,与空白对照组比较（P〈0.01）;DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳谱可见典型的DNA梯形带形成。结论：独角莲含药血清具有抑制K562白血病细胞增殖、促进细胞分化和诱导细胞凋亡的作用,其作用强度与时间-浓度呈正相关。独角莲含药血清对K562细胞发生细胞毒作用可能与诱导K562细胞凋亡有关。
