| 摘 要： | 目的:比较不同厂家清开灵注射液的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:选择NUDEOSIL-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相(A)甲醇—(B)0.5%醋酸梯度洗脱,运行时间65min,检测波长255nm,测定清开灵注射液的指纹图谱。结果:标示出清开灵注射液17个共有峰,以黄芩苷作为参照峰,得出共有峰的相对保留时间和相对峰面积,用中药指纹图谱相似度计算软件计算得出其相似度在0.9以上。结论:不同厂家清开灵注射液的指纹图谱基本一致,可以利用指纹图谱对其进行质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the fingerprint chromatogram of qingkailing injection made by different companies.Methods:HPLC with NUDEOSIL-C18 columm was used,the(A) methanol,(B)0.5% acetate buffer as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 255nm.Results:17 peaks were indicated on the HPLC-fingerprint of qingkailing injection.The relative retention time and relative peak area were obtained with itself peak.Conclusion:The fingerprint chromatogram of qingkailing injection made by different companies are roughly the same,which can be used for the quality control of qingailing injection. |
