小青龙汤加减配合西药治疗变异性哮喘随机对照临床研究

[目的]观察小青龙汤加减配合西药治疗变异性哮喘的临床疗效。[方法]将70例病例随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,发作期对照组给予西医治疗,雾化吸入万托林(沙丁胺醇)+布地奈德,口服氨茶碱,孟鲁司特钠予7d治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用小青龙汤加减治疗。并在接下来3个月缓解期,对照组采用口服孟鲁司特钠治疗,治疗组加用理中丸口服治疗。[结果]变异性哮喘发作期治疗总有效率比较:治疗组为85.71%,对照组为80.00%,治疗组和对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。缓解期结果复发率:治疗组为16.66%,对照组为50.00%。治疗组和对照组有明显差异(P<0.01)。[结论]中西医治疗变异性哮喘在症状发作时和单纯西医治疗并无明显差异,但是在长期控制变异性哮喘反复发作要明显优于单纯西医治疗,远期效果好,复发率低。

Xiaoqinglong Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Variant Asthma Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[Objective]To observe the treatment of variant asthma with combination of TCM and Western medicine to clinical curative effect.[Methods]70 cases randomly divided into treatment group and control group group two,control group was given western medicine treatment episodes,atomizing inhalation of ventolin(salbutamol)+ budesonide,aminophylline,montelukast sodium treatment for 7 days.The treatment group was based on combined with Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of.And in the next three months of remission,the control group was treated with montelukast sodium treatment,the treatment group was added with Lizhong pill treatment.[Results]Variant asthma exacerbations:comparison of the total effective rate was 85.71% in treatment group,80% in control group,the treatment group and the control group showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Remission:results recurrence rate was 16.66% in treatment group,control group 50.00%.The treatment group and the control group had significant difference(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of variant asthma in during the episodes and pure western medicine treatment have no obvious difference,but in the long-term control of variant asthma was better than that of simple western medicine treatment,long-term effect is good,the recurrence rate is low.
