中药配方颗粒辨证内服联合异维A酸胶丸治疗中重度痤疮疗效观察

目的:观察中药配方颗粒辨证服用联合异维A酸治疗中重度寻常痤疮的疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例,对照组予异维A酸胶丸10mg,2次/天,治疗组加用中药配方颗粒,辨证服用。两组均适量外用克林霉素甲硝唑搽剂,2次/天,疗程均为6周。结果:治疗组有效率为85.71%,对照组为70.37%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药配方颗粒辨证服用联合异维A酸治疗中重度寻常痤疮的疗效良好,不良反应低。

Observation of efficacy of TCM formula granules in combination with isotretinoin in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris

Objective To observe the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules in combination with isotretinoin in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in the control group received oral isotretinoin,10mg twice daily, and 60 cases in the treatment group received TCM formula granules in addition. Both groups were given clindamycin metronidazole liniment twice daily,the course of treatment was 6 weeks. Results The rate of efficacy of treatment group was 85.71%,and the control group was 70.37%, there was statistically significant difference between two groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effects of TCM formula granules in combination with isotretinoin in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris was good, and the adverse reaction was low.
