湿润烧伤膏在CO2点阵激光治疗浅表性瘢痕术后创面护理中的效果观察

摘    要:目的:观察美宝湿润烧伤膏在CO2点阵激光治疗浅表性瘢痕术后创面护理中的应用效果。方法:将40例浅表性瘢痕患者随机分成实验组和对照组,用CO2点阵激光治疗。激光治疗后实验组使用美宝湿润烧伤膏护理创面,对照组使用莫匹罗星软膏护理创面,比较两组患者的疼痛指数、创面愈合时间、温哥华瘢痕量表评分和色素沉着发生率。结果:实验组患者的疼痛指数、创面愈合时间、温哥华瘢痕量表评分和色素沉着发生率四项指标均优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:CO2点阵激光治疗浅表性瘢痕后使用美宝湿润烧伤膏护理创面可减轻创面疼痛,促进创面愈合,加强瘢痕治疗效果,减少色素沉着的发生。

Abstract:Objective To observe the MEBO use for superficial scar wound care after fractional CO2 laser treated. Methods Patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group. Treatment group: superficial scar wound care use for MEBO,and coutrol group use for mupirocin oiument then compared their pain index, wound healing time, Vancouver scar scale and pigmentation incidences. Results The pain index, wound healing time, Vancouver scar scale and pigmentation incidences of treatment group were better than that of control group, P〈0.05, there was statistical significance between the two groups. Conclusion Treating superficial scar after fractional CO2 laser with MEBO has advantages such as reducing wound pain, shorter healing time, enhancing therapeutic effect, Reducing the incidence of pigmentation.
