工业锑尘与石英联合作用的实验研究

摘    要:本实验采用大白鼠气管注入法染尘,对锑化合物与石英粉尘的联合作用进行了实验观察。在本实验条件下所得结果表明:染生后1—6个月(或3—6月)时,实验组动物肺胶原蛋白及血兰蛋白的含量均低于对照组;实验组动物肺脏的病理改变为矽结节纤维化Ⅰ—Ⅱ级,而对照组病变已达Ⅰ—Ⅲ级;实验组动物的溶血率均较对照组高,且随粉尘剂量的增加有逐步升高的趋势。这些结果说明,锑化合物(Sb_2O_3)对矽结节纤维化的发展似有一定的延缓作用。

Abstract:The results showed that in the experimental animals, 1-6 months (or 3-6 months) after i.t. instillating antimony dust and quartz, the contents of collagen in lung and cuprein in serum were much lowerthan that of the control group.The fibrotic nodule observed in lungs of the experimental animals were of grade I-II, while in the control group, they were in grade I-II.However the haemolysis rate of the experimental animals was much higher than that of the control group, and there was a tendency of gradual increase following the increase of the dosage of the dust. These results suggested that the antimony compound(Sb2O3)had a delayed effect on the development of the fibrotic nodules formed by quartz.
