骨水泥型人工双动股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折51例

摘    要:目的评价骨水泥型人工双动股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法用骨水泥型人工双动股骨头置换术治疗老年(75~96岁)股骨颈骨折患者51例。随访时间2年以上。根据Harris评分方法判断疗效。结果术后51例患者Harris评分平均为96分,优良率95%。98%患者术后无需止痛药治疗,83%患者患髋功能良好,无髋关节脱位和假体周围再骨折。结论骨水泥型人工双动股骨头置换术是治疗老年股骨颈骨折的可靠方法。骨水泥固定技术的运用可能是骨质疏松患者术后髋痛发生率很低的主要因素。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of replacement of cemented bipolar prosthesis for the treatment of the femoral neck fracture in aged patients. Methods Fifty - one cases of femoral neck fracture treated with cemented bipolar prosthesis were studied. The period of followed - up averaged 2 years ago. The clinical results were evaluated by Harris score systems, Results Fifty - one cases were followed up according to Harris score systems and its score was 96 in average, the excellent or good rate being 95% ,98% patients did not need pain - relieving rnedieation, 83% patients of tire hip function operated was excellent. There was not any case of hip dislocation or second fracture around prosthesis, Conclusion The replacement of cemented bipolar prosthesis is an effective method for aged patients with femoral neck fracture. Using cement in elderly patients with osteoporatic may be the main reason of lower rate of postoperative hip pain.
