中西医结合治疗复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎疗效观察

目的 观察消毒益气汤联合无环鸟苷眼水对复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎的治疗效果。方法 治疗组40例（46只眼）采用清毒益气汤内服联合无环鸟苷眼水滴眼,对照组30例（32只眼）仅用无环鸟苷眼水滴眼。结果 治疗组有效率95．65％,对照组有效率78．25％,两组间疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组（x^2=3.69,P〈0.05）;治疗前后血清白细胞介素-2（IL-2）水平,治疗组差异有显著意义（t=18．94,P〈0．01）。寻照组差异无显著意义（t=0．754,P〉0．05）。结论 中西医结合治疗复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎疗效优于单纯抗病毒眼水外用,且对患者免疫功能有提高作用。

Observation on therapeutic effects of recurrent herpes simplex keratitis with integrated Chinese traditional and western medicine

ObjectiveTo observe therapeutic effects of recurrent herpes simplex keratitis with Chinese traditional medicine "Qingduyiqitang" combined with topical acyclovir ophthalmic solution and also evaluate the immune adjustment of the patients with thus treatment.MethodsThe treatment group 40 cases(46 eyes) took orally Chinese traditional medicine Qingduyiqitang combined with topical acyclovir ophthalmic solution,the control group(30 cases,32 eyes) only accepted topical acyclovir ophthalmic solution.ResultsThe effective rates of treatment group were 95.65% and that of the control group were only 78.25%.The effective rates of treatment group were better than those of the control group.There were significant different(P<0.05) between two groups.The serum interleukin-2 level of pretherapy and posttherapy in both groups were compared:the treatment group,t=18.94,P<0.01,there were significant different between pretherapy and posttherapy;the control group,t=0.754,P>0.05,no significant different was found in pretherapy and posttherapy.ConclusionTherapeutic effects of the treatment group were better than those of the control group.Immune function of patients were improved by Chinese traditional medicine in the treatment group,yet not in the control group.
