摘    要:目的:改善医院药房管理,促使其更好地为患者提供合理用药,提高服务质量.方法:根据工作实践对医院药房管理及提高服务质量提出改革方案,对加强对药品的管理,开展药学服务工作,培养高素质的药学服务专业人员.结论:对医院药房实行规范化、科学化和现代化管理,能健全医院药房管理制度,提高人员素质及服务质量.

Abstract:Objective:To improve the hospital pharmacy management, make it better for patients to provide rational drug use, improve the quality of service. Methods:According to the practical work of hospital pharmacy management and improve service quality put forward a proposal for reform, to strengthen the management of drugs, to carry out pharmaceutical care, training high quality pharmaceutical services professionals. Conclusion: The hospital pharmacy to implement standardized, scientific and modern management, to improve the hospital pharmacy management system, improve the quality of personnel and service quality.
