中医辨证治疗消化性溃疡36例临床观察

目的：探讨中医辨证分型治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：以我院收治的36例消化性溃疡患者为研究对象，给予辨证分型治疗，并以同期38例使用西药三联疗法进行治疗的患者为对照。结果：治疗组24例（66．7％）治愈，总有效率达到100％，未见明显不良反应，和对照比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中医辨证治疗消化性溃疡疗效可靠，较西医三联疗法效果好而不良反应少，值得，临床进一步研究和推广。

TCM treatment of 36 cases of peptic ulcer clinical observation

Objective：To investigate the dialectical diagnosis and treatment effect of peptic ulcer using China medicine. Methods： 36 patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital were given dialectical diagnosis and treatment, and over the same period 38 cases of triple therapy patients using of West-ern medicine served as the control. Result：In Chinese medicine treatment group, 24 cases （66.7%） were cured; the total efficiency was 100% with-out significant adverse reactions. Compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Dialectlcal diagnosis and treatment of peptic ulcer was reliable, the effect was better than western medicine triple therapy and with fewer adverse reactions, which was worthy of further research and extension.
