| 摘 要： | 肺内孤立性结节是多种肺部疾病常见的CT征象，其早期定性诊断对临床治疗及预后十分重要，但肺内孤立性结节的鉴别诊断是影像学研究中的棘手问题。本文通过应用高分辨率CT（HRCT）对肺内孤立性结节的内部结构、轮廓边缘等方面的研究以探讨HRCT对鉴别诊断肺内孤立性结节的价值。

| Abstract: | The solitary pulmonary nodule is a common CT signs of a variety of lung diseases, Its qualitative diagnosis of early clinical treatment and prognosis is very important,But the differential diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodule is a thorny issue in the imaging studies. In this paper, Through the study of the internal structure of theapplication of high-resolution CT （HRCT） of solitary pulmonary nodules, the contour edges in order to explore the value of HRCT on the differential diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules. |
