| Abstract: | Each hospital will do a job is the cultural construction of the hospital,It is not only the unit staff and doctors and nurses reflect the face of community spirit,but also a reflection of the social image of the hospital.The culture of hospital building work must be combined with the actual hospital.Should be a rational view of the hospital's culture,continuous improvement methods,and broaden the way,reflect the characteristics of the times and adapt to the needs of the community. |
