| 摘 要： | 前列腺癌是老年男性最常见的泌尿系统恶性肿瘤之一,近年来在国内发病率迅速升高.目前绝大多数前列腺癌患者接受雄激素剥夺治疗,但雄激素剥夺治疗引起的代谢异常,如代谢综合征等,已成为影响患者生活质量和生存率的重要因素.

| Abstract: | The prevalence of prostate cancer,a common malignancy of urinary system in elderly males,has increased rapidly in China in recent years.Currently most prostate cancer patients are treated with androgen deprivation therapy(ADT).However,ADT-induced metabolic disorders such as metabolic syndrome has remarkably impaired the quality of life and decreased the survival rate. |
