从病人权利的缺失看社会责任伦理的构建

通过分析我国病人权利缺失的现况，提出对病人权利的真正尊重必须强调社会责任伦理：政府要承担伦理责任，确保医疗活动的公益性，病人权利相关组织应切实推进维权工作，媒体要承担起自身的社会伦理责任，客观、公正地报道，引导舆论方向，医疗卫生行业要做到将民众健康置于首位，全社会必须强化病人权利意识，推动人文道德关怀。只有病人权利的实现和社会责任伦理意识的觉醒，才能推进社会文明进步，提高社会文明程度。
