| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨常规放疗的宫颈癌患者在放疗过程中的摆位误差。方法:选择宫颈癌常规放疗患者10例,5例行固定源皮距照射(SSD),5例行等中心定角照射(SAD),每位患者每周在模拟定位机上重复摆位验证3次,将验证图像与同一患者定位图像骨性标记点A到X,Z轴的垂直距离进行比较,求出在X,Z轴方向上的偏移。将SSD、SAD所得数据进行比较。结果 SSD(仰卧)与SAD(0°)在X,Z轴方向无统计学差异(P>0.05)。SSD(俯卧)与SAD(180°)在X,Z轴方向有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:利用模拟定位机设计测量宫颈癌常规放疗的摆位误差方便可行,为减少或避免宫颈癌常规放疗摆位误差提供了依据,提高了宫颈癌常规放疗的准确性和精度。
