| 摘 要： | 目的了解医科大学生应对方式与焦虑的关系。方法对某重点大学医学专业800名大学生进行简易应对方式问卷和自评焦虑量表的测试。结果应对方式在焦虑水平上有显著性差异；积极应对方式与焦虑呈显著负相关，消极应对方式与焦虑呈显著正相关。结论应该充分发挥学校的教育引导作用，全面优化医科大学生的心理素质，使其保持良好的心理状态，积极的应对压力。

| Abstract: | Object:To understand the relationship between coping styles and anxiety among undergraduates of a medical university.Methods:We selected 800 students of the medical university as the subjects.Data were collected by using the Coping styles questionnaire,using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Result:Coping styles have significant differences in anxiety levels.Positive coping styles and anxiety is a significant negative correlation,negative coping styles and anxiety is a significant positive correlation.Conc... |
