| 摘 要： | 人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)被认为是宫颈癌发生的必要因素,宫颈癌发展期间对宫颈上皮内瘤变早诊断、早治疗可以有效阻止病变进程.HPV L1蛋白具有与宿主细胞识别并黏附的抗原表位,在HPV感染及引发官颈癌变过程中发挥重要作用.

| Abstract: | Human papilloma virus(HPV) is believed to be an essential factor for the development of cervical cancer.Early diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia can effectively inhibit the future progression.HPV late 1 protein possesses epitope that can identify and adhere to host cells,and thus may play an important role in HPV infection and cervical carcinogenesis. |
