医院舆情伦理机制的建立

摘    要:医患纠纷发生时,医患过度维权现象给医疗机构和医疗管理部门造成较大的负面影响。通过对医患双方过度维权现象进行深入研究分析,建立防止医患过度维权舆情伦理机制,以此来制约和监督医患双方过度维权行为,并为解决医患纠纷提供社会评价体系,促使医惠双方在医疗过程中能够理性、适度,维护好各方权益。

Abstract:As medical disputes occur,the doctor-patient excessive rights protection phenomenon exerts considerable negative influences on medical institutions and medical management departments.By deeply researching and analyzing this phenomenon,a public opinion and ethics mechanism against it can be built to restrict and supervise the doctor-patient excessive rights protection behavior,provide a social evaluation system to solve medical disputes,prompt both sides of doctor-patient to protect their rights and interest...
