| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查的方式，对北京大学人民医院91名临床医学生心理压力现状及产生原因进行调查。结果显示，造成医学生心理压力的重要原因依次为学业课程负担重、择业压力以及医患关系紧张。从人本主义角度出发，应从社会、教育教学管理部门等多个层面入手采取措施，减轻医学生心理压力，培养其形成正确的职业观、择业观和医患观。

| Abstract: | By questionnaire survey,we investigate the status of psychological stress among 91 medical students in the People's Hospital of Peking University.The result shows,the important reasons that bring about psychological stress to medical students are heavy academic course load,job-hunting pressure and tension between doctors and patients according to priority.Certain counterstrategies must be taken from the humanistic perspective on social,teaching management and other aspects to relieve the clinical students' ... |
