硒对支原体肺炎的治疗效果观察

为观察硒对支原体（MP）肺炎的治疗效果，采用双盲随机对照实验设计，选择100例住院支原体肺炎患儿，分为补硒组56例，以及病例对照组44例，正常组21例。一次补充硒的剂量为1毫克亚硒酸钠，对照病例组则给予常规治疗。结果表明，与对照组相比，治疗后补硒组的部分症状和体征缓解天数有所缩短（T＝2．75和2．17，P＜0．05），补硒组白细胞硒和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH－PX）水平显著上升（F＝22．879，8．999，P＜0．05），细胞免疫功能有所改善。结果提示，补充硒作为辅助治疗支原体肺炎可能有帮助。

A clinical observation supplementing selenium to mycoplesma pneumonia in children

In order to evaluate the therapeutic effects of Selenium(Se) for Mycoplasma pneumonia,the clinical study was conducted in 100 administered patients used a double blind controlled method. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control patients were received the routinc treat-ment; and the supplemented group were given 1mg sodium selenite one time only as well as the routine treatment. The present study showed that treatment with Se was superior to routine treatment in terms of improved clinical signs, needed days for relieving symptoms and signs (T=2.75 and 2.17, P<0.05); the levels of Se and glutathione peroxidase in white blood cell were increased in supplemented Se group (F=22.879 and 8.999, P<0.05). Higher proportion of patients in treated group showed nor-malization of T cell subset parameters as compared with the control group. It could be concluded from our study that the supplementation of Se would be used as an additional therapeutic method for mycoplas-ma pneumonia of children.
