皮肌炎患者血清SIL—2R水平变化

目的：探讨血清可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）在皮肌炎发病机理中的作用。并分析其与血清肌酶的关系。方法：采用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测３０例皮肌炎患者皮质类固醇治疗前后及２８例正常对照血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平。结果：皮肌炎组血清ｓＩＬ２Ｒ水平明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ〈０．００１），血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平变化与ＣＰＫ、ＬＤＨ、ＡＬＤ密切相（Ｐ〈０．００１），关皮质激光治疗后２月血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平显著降低（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论：ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ可能在皮肌炎的发病机理中起着重要作用。ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ检测可作为监测皮肌炎活动性的指标。

DETERMINATION OF SERUM sIL-2R LEVELS IN PATIENTS WITH DERMATOMYOSITIS

Objective: To study the effect of soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R) on pathogenesis of dermato-myositis (DM) and its relationship with muscle enzyme levels. Methods: The level of sIL-2R was measured by double antibody sandwich ELISA in 30 patients with DM before and after steroid treatment and in 28 normal controls. Results:The level of sIL-2R in patients was increased (P<0.001), and it was positively correlated with the levels of serum CPK, LDH and ALD(P<0.001). After steroid treatment for 2 months, the level of sIL-2R tended to become normal (P>0.05). Conclusion: The results show that sIL-2R phlays an important role in the pathogenesis of DM. There is a relationship between sIL-2R level and the disease activity of DM, and the detectiou of sIL-2R can be used as an index of tthe disease achvity.
