| 摘 要： | 目的：评价TiNi形状记忆合金环抱器治疗手部骨折的临床疗效，寻求治疗手部骨折更好的内固定方法。方法：采用TiNi形状记忆合金环抱器治疗掌骨骨折、指骨骨折76例，掌骨68例，指骨8例。结果：得到随访的64例中，X线片显示骨折于6－10周愈合，无延迟愈合或不愈合发生，无骨质疏松，掌指关系、指间关节活动良好。结论：TiNi形状记忆合金环抱器固定可靠、操作简单、手术副损伤小，利于骨折愈合及减少骨质疏松，是手部骨折固定较好的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the methods of treatment of hand bone fracture with TiNi shape memory Alloy(SMA) devices;to find a better methods for hand bone fracture fixation. Methods: 76 cases of fracture were received internal fixation by SMA devices,68 of them were metacarpal fracture,8 of them were phalanx fracture. Results:64 of the patients were followed up. All of patients were primary healed in 6-10 weeks. The Joint function is excellent. Conclusion:The advantage of SMA devices were easily operating,shorten the recovery time. It is a better method for hand bone fracture fixation. |
