| 摘 要： | 目的评价彩色多普勒超声心动图（CDFI）对急性肺动脉栓塞（APE）的诊断价值。方法应用CDFI对多排CT诊断的32例急性APE患者治疗前、后36—72h检测其右室右房内径、肺动脉、右窜流出道直径，分析肺动脉血流频谱。结果超声检查右室右房扩大15例，占46．9％，肺动脉增宽20例，占62．5％；超声检出肺动脉主干及分支内血栓共5例，右室内血栓1例；三尖瓣舒张期血流频谱E／A＜118例，占56．25％；14例肺动脉血流频谱曲线表现为收缩早期峰值前移，加速度时间缩短，肺动脉频谱形态改变，出现特有的“拳指征”。治疗后右室增大与肺动脉增宽患者分别为16％和36％，结论多普勒超声心动图能早期及时检测急性APE早期的肺动脉压的改变，检测右室和主肺动脉内血栓，对评价治疗后肺动脉压力的改善有独特检测意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the findings of patients with the acute pulmonary embolism(APE) on color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI) and evaluate the value of CDFI in diagnosis of APE.Methods CDFI was used in in 32 cases with APE confirmed by mudslide helical CT.Their blood flows were detected.Results WT5B1]The results showed that 46.9% of cases had the right ventrical broadened and 62.5% of cases showed pulmonary artery broadened.The right ventricle and the pulmonary artery pressure fell down after treatment.Conclusion It has gread value for CDFI in the diagnosis of APE with finding the thrombus in the right ventricle and pulmonary and measuring the pressure of pulmonary artery. |
