白癜风患者心理健康状况及其与临床分型的相关性研究

目的：探讨白癜风心理健康状况及其与临床分型的相关性。方法：用症状自评量表（SCL-90）作为心理状况调查问卷,测评150例不同临床分型的白癜风患者躯体化、强迫、人际关系、恐怖、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执和精神病性等9个症状因子,并与40例来医院健康体检的正常人进行比较。结果：白癜风患者与正常对照组SCL-90评分比较,在躯体化、人际关系、恐怖、抑郁、焦虑、偏执等因子的评分差异有统计学意义。150例白癜风患者与正常对照组比较,局限型及节段型白癜风焦虑因子较正常对照组有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,肢端型白癜风抑郁及焦虑因子较正常对照组有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,散发型白癜风在强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执等因子较对照组有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,泛发型白癜风除躯体化因子外,其余因子均较对照组明显异常（P〈0.05）。结论：白癜风患者存在着较多的心理问题,本研究为不同临床类型的白癜风患者心理干预提供了理论依据。

RESEARCH ON CORRELATION BETWEEN MENTAL HEALTH STATUS OF PATIENTS WITH VITILIGO AND CLINICAL CLASSIFICATIONS

Objective：To investigate the mental health status of patients with vitiligo and its correlation with clinical classifications.Methods：Symptom checklist（SCL-90） was taken as a psychological questionnaire to evalu-ate the nine symptom factors of 150 patients with different clinical classifications,including somatization,compul-sion,interpersonal relations,terror,depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoia and psychosis etc.Moreover,a contrast was made with 40 cases of normal people who came to the hospital for physical examination.Results：By SCL-90 assessment and comparison between patients with vitiligo and normal people in control group,the assessing differ-ences in factors of compulsion,interpersonal relations,terror,depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoia and psychosis were of statistic significance.Compared with the control,anxiety factor of localized vitiligo and segmental vitiligo,depression and anxiety factors of acral vitiligo and factors of compulsion,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,terror and paranoia in sporadic vitiligo were of significant difference（P0.05）.Concerning generalized vi-tiligo,there was great difference in all the factors after comparing with the control group except somatization（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Patients with vitiligo are generally characterized in many psychological problems.This research will provide theoretical bases to psychological intervention of vitiligo patients in different clinical classifications.
