浅谈综合医院应对急性传染病的对策

目的 探讨综合医院在发生急性传染病时，预防医院感染发生的对策。方法 发挥医院感染控制科职能，加大全院各环节管理、协调力度，加强消毒、隔离、自我防护知识培训。结果 制定紧急预案，各种管理措施到位，人员防护意识增强，就能从容应对各种突发事件。结论 发挥医院感染控制科职能。协调全院各环节工作、加大医院感染控制、督查力度，才能保证医院在紧急状态下医疗工作正常运行。

Countermeasures of General Hospital against Acute Infectious Diseases

OBJECTIVE To study the countermeasures of general hospital against acute infectious diseases and to prevent nosocomial infection. METHODS In order to realize it must develop the function of the hospital department for infection control and prevention, enlarge each link of the whole hospital management, reinforce the coordination degree, and enhance the disinfection, isolation and staff protection knowledge training. RESULTS The establishment of the instant preventing measures, the implementation of every kind of management measures, the enhancement of the protection consciousness for personnel, can reply every kind of abrupt affairs calmly. CONCLUSIONS Developing the hospital function about the infection control, coordinating each link of the whole hospital, enhancing the supervision and inspection, can give the guarantee of normal movement in the hospital medical treatment work under the emergency state.
