经腹及经外阴超声追踪胎盘前置状态效果评价

目的预测晚期妊娠时胎盘状态，帮助临床医师估计母儿安危，提高围产期保健水平。方法对同一组患者先应用经腹超声检查子宫壁、胎儿、胎盘位置，测量胎盘与内口的距离，对疑边缘性、部分性、中央性前置胎盘的再经外阴超声进一步检查胎盘覆盖内口的程度。结果87例B超追踪检查到结束妊娠，2例低置胎盘，2例边缘性前置胎盘，3例部分性前置胎盘，5例对称的中央性前置胎盘。经外阴超声显示胎盘前置状态的满意率92．20％，经腹部超声显示胎盘前置状态的满意率69．07％。结论经外阴超声追踪胎盘前置状态的显示满意率除低置型外明显高于经腹部超声。二者联合探测各型胎盘前置状态效果更佳。

Evaluation of the Effect of Tracing Placenta Previa through Abdomen and Perineum Uitrasonography

Objective To predict the state of placenta in the late period of pregnancy and improve the level of the health protection around delivering. Methods For the same group patients, the uterine muscle, foetus and position of placenta were etaminated firstly, then the distance of placenta and internal ostium was measured by abdomen ultrasonography. The degree of the placenta covering the internal ostium was examined by perineum ultrasonography for marginal, partial and complete placenta previa. Results Among the 87 lying in women traced by B ultrasonography examination, 2 were placenta lower, 2 were marginal placenta previa, 3 were partial placenta previa and 5 were complete placenta previa. Perineum ultrasonography revealed that the rate of content with the placenta previa was 92 20 %, and the abdomen ultrasonography showed that it reached 69 07 %. Conclusion The perineum ultrasonography was better than abdomen ultrasonography in tracing the placenta previa except placenta lower. Combined use of them to study various states of placenta previa would obtain more satisfactory results.
