| 摘 要： | 勃起功能障碍 (erectiledysfunction ,ED)是常见的男性性功能障碍。部分ED病人在使用各种非手术方法无效后 ,最终将使用阴茎假体。阴茎假体分半硬式和可膨胀性 2种类型 ,前者有可延展性和机械性假体 ;后者包括两件套和三件套假体。本文介绍了各类假体的特征、应用情况及各自的临床适应证。

| Abstract: | Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a common male sexual dysfunction. Some severe ED patients who do not respond to any nonsurgical therapy will eventually be candidates for penile prostheses. There are two types of penile prostheses: semirigid and inflatable. The semirigid one includes malleable and mechanical prostheses, and the inflatable includes two piece and three piece prostheses. In this review,the characteristics,application and clinical indications of different penile prostheses are introduced. |
