| 摘 要： | 本文报导1980～1986车间我院收治的220例经胃镜确诊的疣状胃炎患者。胃镜检出率为2.52%(220/8701),220例中痘疹型占64%;节段膨大型占20.9%;息肉样型占15.1%。文中还就该病的临床表现、病理组织学改变、伴发病及治疗进行了观察分析。

| Abstract: | Verrucous gastritis in 220 cases diagnosed by gastro-scopy from Feb.1980 to Feb.1986 was analysed.The lesions could be classified to 3 categories: varioliform type(64%),segment-enlarged-fold type(20.9%)and polypo- idal type(15.1%).Of the 35 patients examined radiologically,17(48.5%) showed thickening and nodularity of antral folds.Gastric biopsies were perfc rmed in 132 cases.Of the 158 cases followed up for 1-32 months,98 cases were then randomly alloted to treat with cimetidine 0.2 tid and 0.4 qn.Af ter a course of 4 weeks treatment,the cure rate of verrucous gastritis by gastroscopic examination revealed 96.8%. |
