鼻内镜在原发性鼻中隔恶性肿瘤手术中的应用

目的 总结鼻内镜下切除原发性鼻中隔恶性肿瘤的临床经验。方法 回顾性分析我科1998年12月～2003年2月鼻内镜下治疗的5例原发性鼻中隔恶性肿瘤患者的病理学特征、手术方法、预后。结果鳞癌2例、腺样囊性癌1例、恶性黑色素瘤2例。病程1-7个月。均进行鼻内镜下手术，术后进行放疗（剂量30Gy）。随访时间1-5年，1例死亡（鼻中隔恶性黑色素瘤），4例生存，未见肿瘤复发。结论 鼻内镜下切除原发性鼻中隔恶性肿瘤效果较好。

Endoscopic surgery for resection of primary nasal septum malignancies

Objective To sum up the clinical experience with the surgical treatment of primary nasal septum malignancies under endoscope.Methods Aretrospective study was carried out among 5 cases treated in our Hospital from Dec,1998 to Feb,2003.It was done based on careful analysis on their clinical data,including the pathohistological features of diseased tissues,surgical procedures performed on them and the prognosis of these cases by the end of following up period.Results Among these cases,2 were diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma,1 was asadenoid cystic carcinoma,and 2 as malignant melanoma,with various ill courses lasted for 1 to 7 months.They were all treated by operation under endoscope plus post-operative radiotherapy (with a total dosage of 30 Gy) and followed up for 1 to 5 years.By the end of following up period,4 cases were still survival without lesion reoccurring and 1 was dead of malignant melanoma.Conclusion Resection of primary nasal septum malignancy under endoscope is more practical for the treatment of this kind of lesion with better outcome.
