可穿戴式无创血氧饱和度监测仪的设计

摘    要:本文设计了一种基于集成射频平台的血氧饱和度无线监测系统。阐述了该系统的工作原理、硬件及软件的实现方案。为了提高血氧饱和度测量的抗运动性能,本系统在探头内除660nm和940nm测量光源外增加810nm光源作为参考信号,根据Beer-Lambert定理建立新的测量算法,在硬件方面采用非线性均衡电路。临床应用证明,该血氧仪明显降低了运动干扰,使得测量准确、可靠。

Abstract:Puts forward that an 810nm light source is added in the probe as an internal reference signal in addition to the available 660nm and 940nm measurement sources.New algorithm based on Beer-Lambert law is established and the nonlinear equalization circuitry is adopted in hardware.The experiment shows that the proposed new approach has significantly reduced the sensitivity to corruption by motion artifacts,thus ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the measurement and guaranteeing its wide applications in mobile monitoring environments and in pediatric monitoring environments that utilize wearable devices.
