利培酮联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗精神分裂症攻击行为的近期疗效

目的比较利培酮联合丙戊酸镁缓释片和单用利培酮治疗精神分裂症伴有激越、攻击行为障碍的疗效和不良反应。方法对62例精神分裂症患者采用随机对照、开放性治疗8周,以阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）及临床疗效总评量表（CGI）评估疗效,副反应量表（TESS）评估治疗中出现的不良反应。结果合用组总体疗效优于对照组,对攻击行为控制的起效时间缩短（P〈0.05）,不良反应无明显特异性。结论利培酮联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗精神分裂症攻击行为的疗效优于单用利培酮组,且未增加不良反应。

Short-term Efficacy of Risperidone Combined with Magnesium Valproate Retard Tablets on Aggressive Behavior in Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective]To compare the efficacy and adverse reactions of risperidone combined with magnesium valproate retard tablets and single risperidone on agitation and aggressive behavior in patients with schizophrenia.Methods]62 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the research group which was treated openly by risperidone combined with magnesium valproate retard tablets and the control group which was openly by risperidone,and two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The efficacy was assessed with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （ APNSS） and Clinical Global Impression （ CGI） scale,and the adverse reactions were assessed with Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （ TESS） .Results]The general efficacy of the research group was better than that of the control group,the onset time of aggressive behavior control shortened （ P 0. 05） . The adverse reactions have no apparent specificity.Conclusion]The efficacy of risperidone combined with magnesium valproate retard tablets on agitation and aggressive behavior in patients with schizophrenia was better than that of single risperidone,which the adverse reactions did not increase.
