医学高职高专学生医德教育模式探讨

医德教育是医学生思想品德教育和职业道德教育的重要内容。医德教育模式应当有自身的特点才能取得成效。医学高职高专的人才培养目标决定了其医德教育模式不能等同于医学本科生和研究生的医德教育，也不应当是其“压缩饼干”。合理的课程设置是实施医德教育的基础及核心，多维教育模式是实施医德教育的重要手段，良好的校园文化是实施医德教育的重要条件。

Only in terms of individual traits, medical ethics education will achieve the aim of talent-training. Different form common college, the model of medical ethics education is due to the aim of talent-training, and meanwhile, it should not be the mini-format of common college. Reasonable course setting is the base and core of medical ethics education, and multi-dimension education model, the important approach; good school culture, important condition.
