布地奈德/氨溴索雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎的疗效分析

目的探讨布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎的有效性及安全性。方法选取我院收治的86例新生儿肺炎患儿,均分成对照组和观察组2组,所有患儿均给予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入,观察组采用布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗。比较2组潮气呼吸肺功能指标、临床症状及治疗效果。结果肺功能指标:观察组RR、PEF明显低于对照组[(41.36±5.34vs 48.32±5.87)次·min~(-1),(42.08±5.20vs 48.21±6.12)L·min~(-1)],TV、TPEF/TE、VPEF/VE均明显高于对照组[(7.62±1.2vs 6.72±1.52)mL·kg~(-1),(36.42±5.12vs 30.21±5.54)%,(33.54±4.65vs28.15±4.21)%];治疗效果:观察组有效率明显高于对照组(95.35%vs 83.72%);临床症状:观察组肺部啰音消失时间、口唇紫绀消失时间、鼻阻消失时间、气促消失时间以及住院时间均明显低于对照组(5.32±1.24vs 6.08±1.32,3.48±0.52vs 4.29±0.76,4.35±1.05vs 5.62±1.42,3.62±0.86vs 4.17±0.97,8.96±2.03vs 11.48±2.69)d。结论布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入有助于迅速缓解患儿临床症状,改善肺功能,提高治疗效果。

Effect analysis of budesonide combined with abbroxol atomization inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia

Objective To study the effect and safety of budesonide combined with abbroxol atomization inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia .Methods 86 cases neonatal pneumonia were divided into observation group and control group .All children were given routine therapy ,while the control added ambroxol ,the observation given budesonide combined with ambroxol atomiza-tion inhalation therapy .The moisture breathing lung function index ,clinical symptoms and therapeutic effects were compared be-tween the 2 groups .Results The pulmonary function index :observation group RR ,PEF was significantly lower than that of con-trol group [(41 .36 ± 5 .34 vs 48 .32 ± 5 .87)n?min-1 ,( 42 .08 ± 5 .20 vs 48 .21 ± 6 .12)L?min-1 ] ,TV ,TPEF/TE ,VPEF/VE were significantly higher than that of control group[(7 .62 ± 1 .2 vs 6 .72 ± 1 .52)mL?kg -1 ,(36 .42 ± 5 .12 vs 30 .21 ± 5 .54)% , (33 .54 ± 4 .65 vs 28 .15 ± 4 .21)% ];treatment effect :observation group effect was significantly higher than that of control group (95 .35% vs 83 .72% );clinical symptoms:observation group lung sound ,paroxymally cyanosis ,nasal resistance ,shortness of breath disappear time and hospital stay were significantly lower than that of control group (5 .32 ± 1 .24 vs 6 .08 ± 1 .32 ,3 .48 ± 0.52vs4.29±0.76,4.35±1.05vs5.62±1.42,3.62±0.86vs4.17±0.97,8.96±2.03vs11.48±2.69)d.Conclusion Budes-onide combined with ambroxol atomization inhalation can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms ,improve the lung function .
