HPLC法测定痔速宁片中芦丁与没食子酸的含量

目的建立HPLC法测定痔速宁片中芦丁与没食子酸含量的方法。方法采用Thermo Acclaim TM 120C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.4mL·L~(-1)磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0mL·min~(-1);检测波长为257和273nm;进样量5μL;柱温35℃。结果芦丁与没食子酸的线性范围分别为10.54~105.4μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.999 9,n=6)和51.075~510.75μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.999 9,n=6);提取回收率分别为99.2%(RSD=0.7%,n=6)和99.4%(RSD=0.9%,n=6)。结论该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Determination of rutin and galic acid in Zhisuning Tablets by HPLC

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of rutin and galic acid in Zhisuning Tablets .Methods A Thermo Acclaim TM 120 C18 (150 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5 μm)column was used .The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0 .4 mL?L -1 phos-phoric acid solution by gradient elution;the flow rate was 1 .0 mL?min-1 .The detection wavelength was set at 257 and 273 nm .The injection volume was 5 μL .The column tempereture was 35 ℃ .Results The linear range of rutin was 10 .54 -105 .4 μg?mL -1 , (r=0 .999 9 ,n=6) ,and galic acid range was 51 .075-510 .75 μg?mL -1 ,(r=0 .999 9 ,n=6) .The average recovery of rutin was 99 .2% ,(RSD=0 .7% ,n=6) ,and galic acid was 99 .4% ,(RSD=0 .9% ,n=6) .Conclusion The method is simple ,reliable ,accu-rate ,and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation .
