摘    要:目的对新疆青河县沙棘果渣中总黄酮的提取工艺进行正交优化。方法通过单因素实验,确定实验因素与水平;采用正交实验设计法优化沙棘果渣总黄酮的提取工艺条件。结果最佳工艺条件:乙醇体积分数为50%,提取时间为1.5h,料液比为1∶20,提取3次。在此优化条件下,沙棘果渣总黄酮含量可达53.73mg·g~(-1)。结论新疆青河县沙棘果渣总黄酮含量高。优化了沙棘果渣总黄酮提取工艺,工艺操作简单,提取率高,为产业化生产提供指导和理论依据。

Optimization of extraction procedure of flavonoids from Xinjiang seabuckthorn res-idues using orthogonal experiment
Abstract:Objective To study on the optimal extraction procedure of flavonoids from the residues of seabuckthorn cultivated in Qinghe county ,Xinjiang .Methods The experimental factors and levels were designed by an orthogonal experimental design meth‐od .Results The optimal conditions for extracting flavonoids from seabuckthorn residues were as follows :50% ethanol volume fraction ,1 .5 h extraction time ,1∶20 liquid‐to‐solid ratio ,three times of extraction .Under these optimized conditions ,the extraction ratio of flavonoids could reach up to 53 .73 mg · g -1 .Conclusion Flavonoids content is high in the residues of seabuckthorn culti‐vated in Qinghe county ,Xinjiang .The optimized extraction procedure is executable with high extraction ratio .
