家长对儿童使用抗菌药物认知情况的调查

目的调查家长对儿童使用抗菌药物的认知状况及影响因素,为加强大众合理用药教育提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法,以西安市某区幼儿园、小学内主要就诊医院的患儿家长为调查对象,就家长对儿童使用抗菌药物的相关问题进行调查分析。结果回收有效问卷1 052份。其中79.9%的家庭常备抗菌药物;8.2%的家长经常自行对儿童使用抗菌药物;自行用药的家长选择头孢克洛的占64.0%;63.5%的家长认为孩子发热时需要使用抗菌药物;91.5%的家长就医时不会主动要求医生使用抗菌药物。结论医生应加强与患儿家长的有效沟通,提高患儿治疗依从性,使临床用药更加安全、有效、经济。

Survey on the parents situation of antibacteriol drugs use for children

Objective To investigate the situation and influence factors of parents application of antibacteriol drugs for children . Methods By investigation with questionnaire ,th`e subjects of the study were selected from a kindergarten and a primary school in Xi′an city .Results 1 052 questionnaires were available .79 .9% families always kept antimicrobial drugs .8 .2% parents usually used antimicrobial drugs to children without doctors′conduct .These parents who chose cefaclor were 64 .0% .63 .5% parents believed that children with fever need antimicrobial drugs treatment .Also 91 .5% parents did not ask doctors for using antimicro‐bial drugs .Conclusion The communication between the doctors and parents should be strengthened .
