调气健脾汤合加斯清治疗运动障碍型功能性消化不良

目的:观察调气健脾汤合加斯清治疗运动障碍型功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:对98例运动障碍型功能性消化不良患者随机分为三组,中西医结合组34例,运用调气健脾汤合加斯清治疗;西药组32例,单用加斯清治疗;中药组32例,单用调气健脾汤治疗。结果:治疗4周,中西医结合组显效率73.5%,总有效率94.1%;西药组显效率53.1%,总有效率71.9%;中药组显效率53.1%,总有效率71.9%。中西医结合组与其他两组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合组治疗运动障碍型功能性消化不良疗效好,值得推广。

Treating Dyskinetic Functional Dyspepsia with Tiaoqijianpi Decoction Combined with Jiasiqing

Objective:To obverse the clinical curative effect of Tiaoqijianpi decoction combined with Jiasiqing in treating dyskinetic functional dyspepsia. Methods:98 cases of DFD were randomly divided into three groups. 34 cases in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group (TCWM) were treated by Tiaoqijianpi decoction combined with Jiasiqing, 32 cases in the western medicine group (WM) by Jiasiqing only and 32 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group (TCM) by Tiaoqijianpi decoction only. Results:After 4 weeks' therapy, the effective ratios and total effective ratio of TCWM group were 78.1% and 93.8% respectively. Those of WM group were 54.85% and 74.2% respectively and those of TCM group were 56.7% and 76.7% respectively. The difference had significant meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion:The traditional Chinese and western medicine has a good curative effect on treating dyskinetic functional dyspepsia, which is worth popularizing in clinics.
