辛伐他汀对急性脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸和血脂的影响

目的：观察辛伐他汀对急性脑梗死患者血浆同型中胱氩酸（Hcy）和血脂的影响。方法：发病7天内脑梗死患者60例，随机分为治疗组和对照组（各30例），治疗组采用辛伐他汀20mg/d，其6周；对照组则不用调脂药，其它治疗相同。治疗前后分别检测血浆Hcy浓度、血脂水平和进行神经功能缺损评分，并进行两组比较。结果：辛伐他汀治疗后总有效率（90．00％）明显高于对照组（40．00％）（P〈0．05），血脂水平明显改善，差异有显著性；血浆Hcy浓度稍降低，而对照组不明监。结论：辛伐他汀可降低血脂水平，有效治疗脑梗死，但对Hcy作用不明显。

Effects of simvastatins on plasma homocysteine and blood-lipid in acute cerebral infarction patients

Objective:To study the effects of simvastatines on plasma homocysteine and blood-lipid in acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods:60 acute cerebral infarction patients were recruited in this study, they were divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in treatment group were treated with simvastatine 20 mg/d, but patients in control group were not treated with lipanthyl tablets, other treatments were the same. Plasma homocysteine,blood-lipid and neurologic impairment score were detected before and after treatment.Results:Total effective rate in treatment group (90.00%) was significantly higher than that in control group (40.00%). Blood-lipid in treatment group was improved significantly, and homocysteine level was slightly lower; plasma homocysteine and blood-lipid in control group were not changed significantly. Conclusion:Simvastatine can lower blood-lipid level, and effectively treat cerebral infarction, but it don't affect plasma homocysteine level.
