摘    要:目的比较异丙酚、硫喷妥钠、依托米酯用于全麻诱导对插管反应的影响。方法 30例开胸手术病人ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级,随机分为三组。分别以芬太尼 异丙酚(D组)或疏喷妥钠(S组)或依托米酯(E组) 司可林诱导。观察SBP、DBP、HR、SPO2和ECG的变化。结果插管即刻D组 SBP和DBP升高(P<0.01),持续3’。S组DBP升高(P<0.01),持续3’;HR增快(P<0.05),持续5’。E组HR、SBP和DBR均显著升高(P<0.001),持续5’。E组HR增快较其它两组显著(P<0.01)。结论:异丙酚、硫喷妥钠用于全麻插管时心血管反应较依托米酯轻,且异丙酚不增加心率,是较理想的诱导用药。

Abstract:Objective To study effect of diprivan (propofol) , thiopental and etomidate used intubation during induction for stress reaction. Method Thirty ASA grade I - II patients, scheduled for thoracotomy operation, were randomly divided into three groups. The items induction used: fentanyl diprivan ( D) or thiopental (S) or etomidate (E) -V seoline. The interns observed changes of SBP, DBF, HR, SP02andECG. Result IN the intubation: In group D: SBP and DBF were increased (p<0.01), recover for three min, and no changes occurred afterward (P > 0.05 ) . In group S: DBP was increased ( P < 0.01) , recover for three min, HR was increased (P < 0.05) , recover for five min. In group E: SBP, DBP and HR all were incresed significanty (P < 0.001 ) , recovered for five min. HR was increased significanty in group E comparde with those in other two groups. Conclusion The hemodynamic changes was less in dipri-van and thiopental than etomidate during intubation. And diprivan did not increase HR, was a better drug of intubation.
