牛黄熄风胶囊对大鼠急性脑出血的药效学定量研究

摘    要:目的定量观察牛黄熄风胶囊(NHXFC)对大鼠脑内囊出血的疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法脑出血动物随机分为3组,分别用NHXFC、脑血康口服液(NXK)和生理盐水(NS)灌胃治疗7天,于治疗前后定量观察体感诱发电位(SEPs)、神经病学评分、病理改变(病理学评分)。结果①治疗后NHXFC组SEPs各波(P_1,N_1,P_2)潜伏期均短于治疗前组和NS组(P<0.01~0.05),NXK组P_2波潜伏期也短于NS组(P<0.05),但两药物治疗组间各波潜伏期均无显著性差异。②NHXFC和NXK组治疗后的神经病学评分均低于治疗前和NS组(P<0.01),但两药物治疗组间无显著差异。③脑切片的病理检查显示,NHXFC组治疗后脑血肿缩小,局部脑水肿消失,巨噬细胞数目及活性增加,组织及血管增生明显;病理学评分明显低于治疗前组、NS组和NXK组(P<0.01)。结论 NHXFC可明显促进脑出血动物神经功能及病变的恢复,其作用优于NXK。

Abstract:Objective To opuintitively study the effects and the mechanism of Niuhuang Xifeng capsule ( NHXFC) on experimental in- tracerebral hemorrhage into internal capsule area of rats, Method The rats with intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into three groups which were respectively treated with NHXFC, Naoxuekang (NXK) or normal saline (NS) for 7 days, the changes of somatosensoy evoked potentials (SEPK), neurologic grades, pathology (pathologicl grades) were observed before and after above treatments. Results (1) All the latencies of SEPN (P1, N1, P2 ) in NHXFC group were shorter than that of the pretreated group and NS group ( P < 0.01 -0.05); only one wave (P2) latency in NXK group was shortened compared with NS group (P> 0.05) ; but the difference of all wave laten-cise between the two drug treated groups was not significant (P> 0.05) . (2) The neurologic grades in both NHXFC and NXK treated groups were significantly lower than that of the pretreated group ( P < 0.01) and NS group ( P < 0.01 ) , but there was not significant difference of neurologic grades between NHXFC and NXK groups. (3) The pathological slices of brain in NHXFC group showde smaller blood clot, larger number and higher activity of phagocytes, less local brain edema, more proliferation of tissue cells and vessels. Their pathological grades were significantly lower than thai of the pretreated, NS and NXK groups ( P < 0.01) . Conclusion NHXFC may promote the recovery of the abnormal nerve functions and pathological changes of intracerebal hemorrhagic rats, its curative effect is prior to that of NXK.
