居民就医问题的调查问卷分析

目的了解我国居民对＂看病难、看病贵＂的切身感受与认识,分析问题的原因,提出改进措施。方法采用随机问卷调查,并结合文献资料,进行分析研究。结果受访者中,认为＂医疗费用太贵,难以接受＂的占64.08%,＂听到过别人对当前看病难、看病贵的抱怨＂的占63.11%,认为＂医院运转所需费用主要来自医院的经营收入＂的占51.46%,认为＂患者给医生红包是担心得不到好的服务＂占85.94%,对就医状况的改善表示＂看看再说＂占59.22%。结论我国居民＂看病难、看病贵＂的现实是客观存在的,有体制性原因和公众认知上的偏差,需要从强化政府责任、改进医院管理体制和完善医疗保障体系等方面加以解决,这也正是新医改方案的切入点。

Analysis on Questionnaire of Hospitalizing Problems among Residents

Objectives]To understand the experience and cognition of ＂difficulty of getting medical treatment and expensive medical cost＂ among residents, analyze the causes and put forward the improvement measures.Methods]Random questionnaire survey combined with literature data was applied.Results]Among respondents, 64.08% thought that medical cost is too expensive to accept, 63.11% have heard some people complaint about difficulty of getting medical treatment and expensive medical cost, 51.46% believed that expenses of hospital operation mostly comes from the business income of the hospital, 5.94% considered that giving red packets is for obtaining good service, and 59.22% hold attitude of ＂wait-and-see＂ for improvement of medical service.Conclusion]The status of ＂difficulty of getting medical treatment and expensive medical cost＂ of residents exists objectively, which the reasons include institutional cause and prejudice of public cognition. It needs to be resolved from reinforcement of government＇s responsibility, improvement of hospital management system and perfection of medical security system, which is also the breakthrough point of the new medical reform program.
