规避高校负债风险 建立科学理财模式

本文从人类文化的诞生到春秋战国时期的儒家私学完全利用自有资金为国家培养精通六艺的劳动技能人才。深入阐述了孔子、孟子、荀子和宋明代民间教育与官学的兴起。清末年间外资在中国举办私立大学,当时清政府甲午战役惨败,弱肉强食。中国留学生和爱国人士自费创建了中国第一所私立大学中国公学,既后爱国人士马相伯、张伯苓、严修等人又相继兴办了复旦、南开大学。本文旨在倡导办学人敢为社会承担责任,节约教育成本、科学理财、做教育强国,人才强国的奠基人。同时建议政府转变观念加快教育改革、改制,允许自主招生与专业设置,提倡教育公平,防止教育腐败,大力发展民办教育的合理化建议。以西方大学案例为衬托,防止教育盲目扩张、合并、建大学城,人为造成教育资源闲置与浪费。倡导高校要为教育强国、人才强国承担责任,培养新农村建设优秀人才。
