| 摘 要： | 目的：观察电针治疗腰椎退行性脊椎炎疗效。方法：将41例本病患者辨证分型，以夹脊穴、委中、肾俞为主穴，电针治疗为主，结果：治疗前后临床症状及部分体征改善（P＜0．01，P＜0．001），治疗总有效率92．7％，结论：从中西医角度探讨针刺机理，认为针刺为治疗本病具有优势。

| Abstract: | Purpose To observe therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture on retrograde osteoarthritis of lumbar vertebrae. Methods 41 cases of retrograde osteoarthritis of lumbar vertebrae were classified based syndrome differentiation and treated with acupuncture at Jiaji(EX B 2), Weizhong (BL 40)and Shenshu(BL 23). Results After treatment, clinical symptoms and partial physical signs improved significantly ( P<0 01,P<0 001 ) with a total effective rate of 92 7%. Conclusion Acupuncture is an effective method for retrograde osteoarthritis of lumbar vertebrae |
