| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年卒中后抑郁(PSD)的心理药物于预效果。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和Hamilhon抑郁量表(HAMD)确定老年PSD共132例，对所有患者行脑卒中常规药物治疗．同时心理治疗42例，心理加抗抑郁药物治疗51例．未做特殊治疗39例．治疗1个月后再用SDS和HAMD量表检测，并前后比较。结果(1)老年PSD患者可影响预后；(2)心理治疗可使抑郁症状减轻，帮助疾病恢复；(3)心理加抗抑郁药物治疗可使抑郁症状明显减少，临床效果显著。结论心理加抗抑郁药物对老年PSD的干预可显著改善临床症状．有助于脑卒中恢复，提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of psychotherapy and drug therapy in senile pastroke depression(PSD) patients. MethodsAtotal of 132 senile PSD patients were divided into three groups,one receiving psychotherapy plus routine medicine treatment,second receiveing psychotherapy and anti-depressive drug therapy plus routine medicine treatment,the other medicine treatment only.They were assessed with SDS and HAMD.Results (1)There were poor results in senile PSD patients;(2)psychotherapy improved their depressive symptoms;(3)psychotherapy and anti-depressive drug therapy is efficacious significantly.Conclusion Psychotherapy and anti-depressive drug therapy is efficacious for these impairments in senile PSD patients. |
